Booking and your first visit
Do I need a credit card to book?
Yes. Beauty Factory SD Aesthetic Medicine requires a credit card on file in order to make an appointment. The card secures the appointment; it is not a payment for the treatment.
What is your cancellation policy?
Appointments can be cancelled up to two days in advance. Cancellations inside that window, and appointments not attended, are subject to a no-show fee.
Does it cost anything to book?
Some treatments require a deposit to hold the appointment — $50 where it applies. Whether one is needed for the treatment you are booking, and the exact amount, is confirmed with you before anything is charged. There is no obligation to book a treatment at the end of your consultation, and if we think the treatment you have asked about is the wrong one for your concern, we will say so.
What happens at a first appointment?
We talk through what is bothering you, assess the area, and explain which treatments address it and which do not. If you go ahead the same day, we agree a plan and a dose before anything is injected. From the initial consultation through to post-treatment care, you get a plan built around your goals and your budget.

Cost
How much do treatments cost?
Cost depends on the treatment and on how much product your result requires — injectables in particular are priced by the amount used, which is determined at your face rather than off a list. We quote you the full price before treatment begins, at the consultation that produces the quote.
Do you offer a discount for new patients?
Yes. First-time clients receive a discount.
Do you offer packages or memberships?
Memberships and 4-packs of basic hydration IV therapy sessions are available on request.
Safety and who treats you
Who performs the treatments?
A physician and a nurse practitioner. Beauty Factory SD is a medical practice — injections are performed by licensed clinicians, not by non-medical staff.
Are injectable procedures safe?
Our products are FDA-approved and minimally invasive. Injectables are a genuine alternative to cosmetic surgery. As with any medical procedure there are risks, and those relevant to you are discussed at the time of consultation and treatment.
Where do your products come from?
From reputable US-based manufacturers including Allergan and Evolus, which means every product is FDA-approved. We use medical-grade products and tools on every procedure.
Are the results permanent?
No, and no non-surgical injectable treatment is. Neuromodulators typically last three to four months. Dermal fillers typically last six months to two years depending on the product and on your own skin. Maintaining a result means repeating the treatment.
