By accessing or using it you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into them by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to access the site for your own personal, non-commercial use. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the site or any part of it at any time, without notice and without liability.
2. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms at any time by updating this page. Changes take effect when posted, and the effective date at the top of this page will tell you when that was. Your continued use of the site after a change means you accept it.
3. Who may use this site
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use this site. If you are using it on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation.
The site is operated from the United States and is intended for users in the United States. We make no representation that its content is appropriate or available in other locations.
4. This site is information, not medical advice
Everything on this website — treatment pages, concern pages, articles, frequently asked questions and any comparison of products or brands — is general information about aesthetic and medical treatments. It is published to help you understand your options and prepare for a conversation with a clinician.
It is not medical advice, it is not a diagnosis, and it is not a recommendation that any particular treatment is right for you. Only a clinician who has evaluated you in person can tell you that.
Do not disregard or delay seeking professional medical advice because of something you read here.
5. No patient relationship is created by using this site
Reading this website, submitting the consultation request form, sending us an email or receiving a reply from us does not create a clinician–patient relationship between you and any of our providers.
That relationship begins when you attend a consultation, are evaluated by a clinician, and are accepted for treatment. Until then, nothing said to you through this website is treatment advice about your case.
6. Results, and before-and-after imagery
Individual results vary. Outcomes from aesthetic and medical treatment depend on your anatomy, your medical history, the product and dose used, how you heal and how you follow aftercare. No result is guaranteed, and nothing on this site should be read as a promise of a particular outcome.
Any before-and-after images, patient comments or testimonials on this site show the experience of the individual concerned. They are published with that person’s consent, they are not retouched to change the result, and they are not a prediction of what you will achieve.
The risks, side effects and contraindications of a treatment are discussed with you at consultation, not on a web page. Ask about them.
7. Consultation requests, appointments and cancellation
There are two ways to reach us through this site, and they work differently.
The consultation request form on this site sends us your details and, if you chose one, your preferred day and time. It is a request. It does not hold an appointment, and no appointment exists until a member of the practice confirms it with you. This is true even where the form offered you a specific time — those times are read from our scheduler as a convenience and can be taken by someone else before we reach you. The consultation is free and no payment card is required to make the request.
The online booking system, operated for us by AestheticPro, does hold appointments. It is a third party, it has its own terms and privacy policy, and it requires a payment card to hold your slot.
Appointments booked through that system may be cancelled up to 2 days in advance. Cancellations inside that window, and missed appointments, may incur a fee under the booking system's own policy, which is shown to you before you confirm.
8. Pricing and payment
This site does not publish a price list. Treatment is priced by what your result actually requires — the number of units of a neuromodulator, the number of syringes of filler, the medication and dose in a weight-management programme — and that is determined at consultation.
You will be quoted a full price before any treatment begins, and nothing is performed before you have agreed to it. Any promotional offer described on this site is subject to availability, may be changed or withdrawn, and cannot be combined with another offer unless we say so.
Where a price, discount or promotional offer is stated anywhere on this site, and it conflicts with the price quoted to you at your consultation, the quoted price governs.
9. Prescription treatments
Some of the treatments described on this site involve prescription medicines or prescription medical devices. These are provided only after evaluation by a licensed clinician, only where clinically appropriate, and only under a valid prescription. Nothing on this site is an offer to supply a prescription medicine, and no treatment can be purchased through this website.
Where a brand name is used on this site, it is used to identify a product the practice may use. It does not imply that any particular product is in stock, that it is suitable for you, or that the manufacturer endorses this practice.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site to:
Break any applicable federal, state, local or international law;
Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organisation;
Submit anyone else’s personal or health information without their permission;
Introduce a virus, worm, or any other material that is malicious or technologically harmful;
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, the server it runs on, or any connected database;
Use any robot, spider or other automated means to access the site for any purpose that overloads or damages it, or to harvest personal information from it;
Use the site or its content to operate a service bureau, or to build or train a competing commercial service; or
Otherwise interfere with anyone else’s use of the site.
11. Intellectual property and trademarks
The site and all of its content — text, page design, photographs, graphics, video and their selection and arrangement — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view it and print or download a copy for your own personal, non-commercial reference. You may not otherwise reproduce, modify, republish, distribute or exploit it commercially without our written permission.
Our name, logo and marks may not be used without our written permission.
BOTOX®, Dysport®, Xeomin®, Jeuveau®, Juvéderm®, Restylane® and any other third-party product names, logos and brands mentioned on this site are the property of their respective owners. They are used for identification only. Their use does not imply any endorsement of, affiliation with, or sponsorship of this practice by those owners.
12. Reviews, comments and anything you send us
If you send us a review, comment, photograph, suggestion or other material, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce and display it in connection with the practice, and you confirm that it is yours to give and that it is accurate.
We do not have to publish anything you send, and we may remove it at any time. We do not edit a review to change what it says. Where a patient comment appears on this site it is published with that patient’s permission, and typographical errors may be corrected.
Do not include another person’s health information in anything you send us.
13. Links to and from this site
This site links to third-party websites, including our online booking system, our social media profiles and, in some articles, external sources. Those links are provided for your convenience. We do not control those sites, we are not responsible for their content, products, services or privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement.
You may link to our home page in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it. You may not frame this site on another site, or link to it in a way that suggests any association or endorsement that does not exist.

This section limits our liability arising from the WEBSITE. It does not limit our responsibilities as a healthcare provider for care actually delivered at the practice, which are governed by California law and by the consents you sign at the practice.
16. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the practice, its owners, clinicians and staff from any claim, liability, damage, loss or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.
17. Governing law and resolving disputes
These terms and any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of this site are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
If you have a problem, please contact us first. Most things are resolved with a phone call, and we would like the chance to put it right.
If we cannot resolve it informally, you and we agree that any action will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California, and we each consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
18. General
If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision is severed and the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.
These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and our Accessibility Statement, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding this website, and supersede any prior understanding about it.
